Faulkner University has a new PhD program for a Doctor of Philosophy in Health Sciences (PhD HS) with a few different areas of concentration/focus such as speech-language pathology. It is fully online and has the potential to be completed in 18 months (essentially fulltime/full course load while simultaneously pursuing research area for dissertation). They are awaiting final approval from Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), which is expected in June. The program is set to start in August 2022 with program start dates every 5 weeks thereafter. Admission requirements are pretty standard with the exception there are currently no requirements for testing such as recent GRE, MAT, etc. scores/results. The tuition rate will be locked at the rate, thus not subject to change while active in the program/actively pursuing the degree. The current program can be completed at a minimum of 45 credit hours. The current fees are $780 per semester hour.
